Meet Joel, Our Project Manager
With almost 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, our Project Manager brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and practical expertise to every project. Having worked extensively in both residential and commercial construction, he understands the building process from the ground up and is committed to ensuring every project is completed with precision, quality, and integrity.
Known for his straightforward communication and no-nonsense approach, he believes honesty and transparency are the foundation of a successful remodeling experience. Clients appreciate his ability to explain complex construction details in a way that's easy to understand while keeping projects organized, efficient, and on schedule.
His extensive knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and project coordination makes him an invaluable resource throughout every phase of construction. He is currently working toward becoming a Licensed Home Inspector while also earning OSHA certifications to further expand his expertise and commitment to industry best practices and jobsite safety. Originally from Rhode Island, he brings a strong work ethic and dedication to craftsmanship that aligns perfectly with the values of Lifestyle Designs & Remodeling. As a proud father of four, he understands the importance of creating homes that are not only beautiful but functional, safe, and built to last for the families who live in them. Whether he's coordinating subcontractors, solving unexpected challenges, or ensuring every detail meets our high standards, his focus remains the same: delivering exceptional workmanship and making sure every client feels informed and confident throughout the remodeling process.
Meet Kris, Operations Manager & Client Services
Behind every successful project is exceptional organization, clear communication, and a commitment to making the client experience as seamless as possible. As Director of Operations & Client Services, Kris ensures every project moves efficiently from concept to completion.
With extensive experience managing warehouse operations and coordinating both commercial and residential construction projects, she brings a unique combination of logistical expertise, product knowledge, and customer-focused service. From scheduling deliveries and sourcing high-quality materials to coordinating vendors and supporting project timelines, she works diligently behind the scenes to keep every detail on track.
She also partners closely with clients throughout the selection process, helping identify products that balance style, quality, and value. Her relationships with trusted suppliers and manufacturers allow Lifestyle Designs & Remodeling to provide exceptional finishes while remaining mindful of each client's investment. In addition to overseeing daily operations, she plays an integral role in business development, sales, and marketing, continually helping the company grow while maintaining the personalized service our clients have come to expect. Her passion for organization, efficiency, and creating an outstanding client experience makes her an invaluable part of the Lifestyle Designs & Remodeling team.
